Creating a Zoom meeting is a straightforward process. By clicking on the “create” button, users can input the meeting title, associate it with a specific project, select the relevant employees, specify the start date and time, and set the meeting duration. Additionally, there is an option to invite clients by simply clicking on the designated tab, which will send the meeting invitation to the clients.
