Today, we’re going to delve into the staff tab in CRM AI. Within the staff tab, there are two submenus: “Employee” and “Client.” Let’s begin with the “Employee” submenu. Here, you can use the “plus” icon to create a new employee by entering their name, email, and password. This allows the employee to log in, and you can monitor their login activity, including details such as their name, role, last login, IP address, country, device, and operating system. Additionally, there’s an option to import an ESP file.

Moving on to the “Client” submenu, you can create a new client by entering their name, email, and password, similar to the process for creating an employee. After creating a client, you can also view their login activity and import a CSV file.
